TUBEDEK® LAMELLA CLARIFIERS (TUBE SETTLERS)

COST SAVINGS BY SMALLER TANKS

The TUBEdek® parallel plate separator has been used successfully for several decades in the separation of solids in wastewater and drinking water treatment. Its versatility makes it stand out, as it can be used in both round and square tanks.

TUBEdek® lamella clarifiers, also known as lamella packs or separators, work on the principle of parallel plate separation. They consist of individual V-shaped profiles joined together to form a module, a design that increases the effective settling area in the tank by 6 to 15 times of the basic surface volume. This allows you to use smaller tanks and save costs on water treatment.

ADVANTAGES OF THE TUBEDEK® PARALLEL PLATE SEPARATOR

The lamella separator is made of high-quality material and has exceptionally high strength and durability. With the help of multiple parallel V-shaped settling planes, you can perform precise separation of all solids and achieve reliable sludge discharge. Its reliability and versatility make it an indispensable aid for sedimentation.

Assembly of TUBEdek® can be carried out on site without any problems, thanks to the simple and practical groove-and-tongue system. This creates a stable bond between the individual profiles to form efficient modules. Another advantage of this design is the cost-effective and safe transport of the components. Furthermore, due to the stable and robust modules, maintenance is quick and easy.

The TUBEdek® parallel plate separator is certified for drinking water applications according to KTW and other country-specific regulations.

TUBEDEK® LAMELLAE: FLEXIBLE AND VERSATILE FOR A WIDE RANGE OF APPLICATIONS

Our different types of the lamella separators make it possible to satisfy any process requirement and to optimize wastewater and drinking water treatment. With TUBEdek® parallel plate separator, you have a free choice regarding the height or plate length as well as the angle of inclination. This allows the lamella separator to be individually and precisely adapted to the process requirements as well as the dimensions of the tank.

TUBEdek® is used for the treatment of heavily polluted surface water, groundwater or filter backwash water. The lamellas are also used in secondary sedimentation after biofilm processes or for stormwater treatment in stormwater tanks and combined sewer tanks. The use of TUBEdek® lamellas is in accordance with DWA-A 102.
